Request VOD Only apps

I am looking for a VOD only app w/panel

Not sure if this could suit your needs or not, but the only thing I found similar enough for this was Emby or Jellyfin, there is Plex but a subscription is required.

Jellyfin has bunch of plugins and huge community, would be worth going that route? Just a suggestion

I use Plex and Jellyfin but i also have the VOD setup in XUI for xtreamcode. My goal is to have an app that just loads the VOD playlist. I know there are ways to remove the Live function on smarters, just havent found it.
