Zenax-P2P is a hybrid Peer-to-Peer (P2P) streaming solution designed to enhance content delivery by distributing bandwidth load among viewers. This reduces the reliance on centralized servers, optimizing costs, scalability, and performance. Unlike traditional streaming setups, Zenax-P2P can function through both software-based implementations and hardware-based solutions like TZBox.

Key Features of Zenax-P2P:

1. Hybrid P2P Technology (Software + Hardware)

  • Software-Based P2P – Allows streaming networks to leverage P2P traffic distribution without requiring dedicated hardware.
  • TZBox (Hardware-Based P2P) – A specialized hardware load balancer that enhances performance by managing and optimizing traffic flow.
  • Adaptive Bandwidth Optimization – Dynamically adjusts traffic distribution to ensure stable playback with minimal buffering.

2. Scalable and Efficient Content Distribution

  • Reduces Server Load – Viewers share parts of the stream with each other, minimizing bandwidth costs.
  • Seamless Integration – Works alongside Zenax-Base and Zenax-MW, making it easy to deploy in existing infrastructures.
  • Supports Large Audiences – Scales efficiently without requiring excessive server resources.

3. Security & Performance

  • 4-Layer Security Architecture – Ensures encrypted and secure content distribution.
  • Tunneled Traffic & Encryption – Protects data from unauthorized access and interception.
  • Geo-Restriction & IP-Based Access Control – Allows content providers to restrict access based on location.

4. Customization & Branding

  • Rebranded Player Apps – Businesses can launch fully branded versions of the player app for their audience.
  • Flexible Deployment – Whether using software-only P2P or a combination of software + TZBox hardware, Zenax-P2P adapts to various needs.

Why Choose Zenax-P2P?

Zenax-P2P is an advanced, cost-effective alternative to traditional Content Delivery Networks (CDNs). By enabling both software-based and hardware-assisted P2P streaming, it significantly reduces infrastructure costs while ensuring high-quality content delivery. Its seamless integration with Zenax-Base and Zenax-MW makes it an ideal choice for streaming businesses looking for scalable and secure distribution.

Hi,

Great project, we're taking IPTV to the next level!

But one question is bothering me: wouldn't P2P make it easier for authorities to retrieve users' IP addresses?

Dear Go13,

Thank you for your thoughtful input.

You're absolutely right—P2P in the Zenax ecosystem is primarily aimed at reducing infrastructure costs by offloading traffic from central servers and CDNs. It’s a cost-efficient distribution method, especially useful during high-demand scenarios.

However, Zenax Eco as a whole is designed with a strong focus on protecting the service provider’s privacy and server infrastructure. This is achieved through tunneling and encryption methods that safeguard content delivery and minimize exposure.

When it comes to end-user privacy, that responsibility ultimately lies with the user. We encourage users who are concerned about their personal privacy to use a VPN or other tools at their discretion.

From a technical perspective, you're also correct—residential IPs are extremely difficult for ISPs to block, particularly in a P2P setup where peers act as receivers, not traditional providers. This decentralized model makes it highly unlikely for an ISP to effectively target or block such traffic, although yes, an end user’s IP may still be visible within the peer mesh.

If you haven’t already, we invite you to take advantage of the WOI member offer and explore the Zenax system first-hand.

Thanks again for your engagement and insights!

Thank you for your insightful response.
I would have liked to take advantage of the offer, but even $400 a month is too much for me.
Even though I think the price is justified, I don't think there's any doubt about it.
Good luck, I hope I'll have time to test it one day.

For bigger userbase and startups we try to make custom tailored package and very reasonable way to go cost effectively.
