Question xui hls and vod problems

Hello, I switched from xtream ui ck41 panel to xui one panel. There are two major problems I am experiencing. Can anyone help me with these for a fee?
1-) hls no longer works on some smart TVs.
2-) Vod outages occur on some old model Samsung TVs. It cuts every 3-5 minutes on average.

Why not sell it with an android box? I tell customers that I can’t guarantee that tv’s are good enough to stream (mostly are older models). Newer ones not have experienced issues (yet).

Your view is correct in one respect. Unfortunately, there are customers who give up when the cost of the device is added. Ultimately, it would be better for us if these problems were solved.

Yes for sure but this panel is not getting any feature updates as I see, only necessary security updates as last seen 1.5.13 release.

But I didn’t experienced any issues with the panel so far, may be it could be only on your side.
