Complain I Can not send private message or upgrade membership

This is not actually a complaint. There seems to be something wrong with my woi account. Lately I am not able to send pm or answer pm. I also can not purchase account upgrades, when I try I get message ‘no upgrades available for your user’. Could be I am doing something wrong! Any help would be appreciated. These functions used to work for me until some time ago. I could not find anything on the matter in the forums. Thanks

But to be able sending DM’s a account upgrade to Extended Membership is required.

It’s good to know that it’s possible to pay using Binance, however, I have sent from personal wallet instead , using woi payment method, just to be sure, that’s because on the second payment method (not woi pay) it’s advised not to use Binance. Now awaiting account to be upgraded. Thanks and a happy new year

With the WOI-PAY popup cart you have to copy the wallet address and the exact amount and simply paste these values into your Binance transaction window and simply make the payment.

In profile I only see basic member, not extended or vip, although on upgrade page I see vip paid till end 2025. I also don’t seem to have vip functionality. Please check it. Thanks
