Question XUI Dropping connections

Hello guys!

I am facing a weird issue with XUI ONE: All at first is running good and as it has to be, streams uptime also is fine, but the real issue is that suddenly some (not all) connected users are dropped from LBs randomly. I searched whole logs to find something, but got nothing to clarify a way to go.
I just find this at panel error logs, and I don't know what it means or if it has something related to this error:
Class 'XUI' not found
#0 {main}

Nothing seems to stop this behavior of closing and open connections. I disabled and enabled almost everything on panel options. Still nothing. Can someone please try to help me? Thanks in advance.

I'm having a similar problem. Movies and TV shows also have a disconnection problem.

Disable cache and redis and test it.
Also your main server should be strong and has good cpu and ram.

I have a good main server I think: Intel Xeon Gold 24/48 with 128GB RAM. Do you find it good enough?

como recomiendan tener la instalacion del Xtream si esta redireccionado a Cloudflore la dns? main vps y lb dedicado? para no cargar tanto la carga en cloudflore? como seria lo ideal?

I have same issue ... I found in clients log Token Failure ... I think problem with token
I think xui main server must be ubuntu 18.04 ... loadbalance 18.04 or 20.04
now I installed main server ubuntu 20.04 can't change Redirect Expiration sitting
I think with 20.04 main server some functions not working

exactly the other way around, xui Main and LB always on Ubuntu 20

You have to check in database , in line log and try to purge log tables , it's better to troubleshoot xui one with db , and this Class 'XUI' not found its not an error just a front error css issue it don"t affect core or backend functions , and of course disable redis , with xui one i had bad experience with redis

oh thats the worst,, The issue is some weird time related stuff... just do this on each server

sudo timedatectl set-timezone Etc/UTC

then

sudo apt install chrony
sudo chronyd -Q
sudo chronyd -q

restart all servers.

also tried with ffmpeg v4.0 & v4.3 & v4.4,
i tried all solution and edit all settings but also not success, i tried also xui one v1.5.12 & 1.5.5 and same problem
any solution for this big issue?

The problem you're describing is not caused by the panel; in this case, it's 99.99% an issue on the user's side. Some ISPs drop traffic from IP addresses (your load balancing servers) that they detect are being used for illegal streaming. When the ISP drops traffic packets, it leads to connection interruptions and reconnections.


The simplest test is for the user to ping the server's IP address where the stream is located and check if there is any packet loss.
