By the moment not, some VPN providers are tagged as well, it's a caos.

This is what some one said on anouther forum

if its that bullshit thats been in the news papers the last few days then id just take it as a scare tactic … they will just start blocking DC IP address of known streaming servers and block known VPN IPs again… this is nothing new !!
They just decided to give it a name this time “Piracy Shield”
