Hello, I can't extend my line with my actually account. I created a new one with my personal email : ju****alv****9*[email protected] Payment done, however with I tried to complete the registration again I received a SPAM Error Alert and I can't create my new account. Can you please extend my actual line or let me registrer my new personal account ?

Yes beause it is not allowed to create double accounts ! This is reason for a ban !
You should contact me in before to try create a second account. I can upgrade your account manually.
