Question Catch-up Issues

Strange issue we are having with catch-up recordings, just wondererd if anybody else has experienced similar issues.

So catch-up/archive is recording as expected on servers, no issues there, howerver playback via MAG devices is not giving the correct playback times, where as via any other device or application the time is correct.

For example last night a show which was two hours long, plays for two hours via smarters app but clients using MAG devices, have a playback length of only 37 minutes.

I'm far from a noob using xc, as used for many years, but this one stumps me.

Any idears?

you need to write wich panel you use,ubuntu… ,if the server its only for timeshift,or you use it with live stream… .and its more one issue from the apps side,not only from server side

Xtream-ui ckmods 42. running on ubuntu 18.04 lts. The servers are not dedicated to timeshift, they are mixed.

It would appear only to affect MAG devices connected to the same panel, Apps, such as Smarters work fine with the correct recording length.
