Yes. There in list, seems that changed, but not in devices.

This can be done only with PHPMyAdmin or with some MySQL editor like Navicat ( do this with caution ) make backup before you start to edit ..
Secondly, you can do this in the panel itself in this order see the attached screenshots ..

First, do this like 1 image, after doing the 2 image at last after editing from 2 image you can see the changes like 3 image but remember after doing this all your previous editing on the order of the channels will be changed and you have to edit all from start ..
Yes, every time you edit the stream link the position of this stream will be changed and you have to edit again in the same order as before ..

From panel for some reason the order does not change.
