xui playlist dose not work on iptv smartres pro app on TV

i have a problem that iptv smarters pro app works with xui one lines (using xui one api not m3u link ) in phones and pc but not on smart Tv
i did try to enable Duplicate Streams in Legacy Apps option and turn it off (nothing change) even i did stop using muiltiple categories for single stream
is there's some configuration i miss so i can make it work

Have you registered your DNS with the provider of this application ?
From what I remember it is required on tv
