Thank you Doffen but it happened again on another server. User and password are 100% correct but the login page says they are wrong. Reapplying the patch does not help. Are there multiple cracks? Which one do you use?

just install it from the panel
in install server
put name to the Lb, IP, port SSH user root root password and the install button and wait and it will be ready.
usually takes a while but you will see the progress

you probably did not enter the data correctly to connect via ssh you made a mistake.

the server does not have root access active or there is some problem to connect by ssh look at the root privileges.
