Hi, what panel are you using? Is this client a restreamer?

If he is a restreamer, just put the flood limit to 0 and you should have no problem at all with him or other clients. Also turn ISP lock off so his servers can connect freely to your panel.

If this client is a regular user, who only has 1 connection per device, I recommend to shut it down.. he may be using some tool to steal your channels.
