completely remove the old version and delete all vmix folders before install the new one

Hi, the message in your case, please complete remove vmix and delete all the folders relate to vmix, also clear vmix in registry, after that restart windows and install vmix with no internet connected. Good luck

start vMIx Offline (disable Internet) after start vMix enable Internet
if see error emSize go to User/AppData/StudioCoast_Pty_Ltd remove All folders and again start vMix
AppData se only if select show hidden files
