What are the jobs:
- Discuss with the admin about new ideas and features
- Supervise the Section Mods
- Help out the Section Mods
- General control of all sections
Obligations:
- Distributed throughout the day, at least 4 times a day, so minimum 4x 20 minutes should be on online and on duty here on WOI.
- Of course in important exceptions, can be dispensed with. However, in such cases the Admin must be informed in advance.

2-3 Section Mods for the sections:
- IPTV Devices
- IPTV Apps
- IPTV Software
- Server Administration
- Exchanges
- General Software & Scripts (non IPTV Stuff)
What are the jobs:
- Supervise/Moderate the Threads and Posts in their sections
- Help out the members with their technical Know-How
- Post new interesting articles and resources within their sectiones
- Start polls/voting in relation to their sections and ensure that the members become more active
Obligations:

- Of course in important exceptions, can be dispensed with. However, in such cases the Admin must be informed in advance.

2 Reverse engineers (Decoding, Decompiling and Nulling)
What are the jobs:
- In order to maintain the forum with new resources, new resources may have to be decoded and nulled.
- Decoding, Decompiling Nulling of new resources
Obligations:
- Distributed throughout the day, at least 2 times a day, so minimum 2x 20 minutes should be on online and on duty here on WOI.
- Of course in important exceptions, can be dispensed with. However, in such cases the Admin must be informed in advance.
- Subject to the Admin and Chief Mods and have follow their instructions.
2 Resource supervisor/uploader
What are the jobs:
- Searching, uploading and updating resources for all common sections.
- Monitoring of the Resource Manger (check and report duplicate content and dead resource links)
Obligations:
- Distributed throughout the day, at least 3 times a day, so minimum 3x 20 minutes should be on online and on duty here on WOI.
- Of course in important exceptions, can be dispensed with. However, in such cases the Admin must be informed in advance.
- Upload at least 1-2 interesting useful content per day.
- Subject to the Admin and Chief Mods and have follow their instructions.
Each team member is obliged to treat all members equally, no one may be given preferential treatmen. No member may be insulted or degraded by the staff team.
If there should be disagreements between the staff members, it will not be discussed in the public forums, instead this will be solve via DM and the admin and chief mods will be consulted to the conversion.
Basically, however, loyalty applies to everyone. Therefore, playing ontwo sides thus being an active staff member on other IPTV forums is prohibited and will not be tolerated. Nor will it be tolerated if staff members contact members via DM and offer them private work or software for free or for sale. Those who want to sell or provide services can do it from the "Member Sales" section with free of charge.
Sharing of private social media accounts like WhatsApp, Telegram and Skype etc via DM and in puplic posts is prohibited.
If someone does not follow this, they will be dismissed from their position without asking or, in the worst case, even banned completely.
The admin can listen to the opinion of the staff members, but the final decision is always made by the admin.
If you are agree the obligations and interested in being part of the community staff, you can apply via DM.
