Question Many On-Demand Streams starting continuously

Did anybody having same issues with On-Demand Streams?
Without "calling" on-demand streams, it seems that the XtreamUI panel
showing many of them on "Starting", no clients on it

mhh, the only thing i could think about what causing it, it's a cron job

it usually gets better after a while, but it passes to someone else like an infectious disease

mhhh, really a huge bug, specially if someone has a huge amount on-demand's, eat up resources as well, same issues on all known mods, looks like a core thing
