Question mag box not loading

hi ya
got issues with mag box not loading onto system what will cause that ?

start with basics bud ,
1) check portal address is correct ,
2) check mac address is correct
if you are still having issue after that , contact your admin to see if the IP address is blocked
as mac COULD be a clone especially if STBemu is your chosen app

Did you check same box in different dns/ip ?
Did you check other mag box(model) in same portal ?
