I do not think support from person who share resource is required. If resource works and has been tested then it is nice for them to make effort to help but is NOT MANDATORY. You community should support each other. As @Kenxo say, other members should also help but they not required either. If all members claim not work then admin will look. If it is me, I will test, other admin or mods may not.

The attitude of immediately saying that they didn't work and saying that there are files missing. And on top of that, demand the reversal of credits. That's an ostentatious attitude. If he doesn't know how to install. How will he tell you that files are missing? Strange?

1 unzip zip in your public cpanel or html in vps
2 in case of vps install php, mysql and phpmyadmin



in phpmyadmin-mysql create 3 databases and import the sql.gz saved in the banks-sql folder
assign user with privileges for the 3 databases
- painel_acessos
- painel_geral
- painel_users

in folder painel, open DadosServidor.php

If indeed the tables are created, and the sql file is imported, but this sql file is missing from the original resource, that's why I already shared it here below, I hope it will serve others
