The server transmission flow is 10MB.
How do I calculate the maximum number of viewers?
Does the number of viewers depend on the processor?

Is 10/2 = 5?
The maximum number of viewers is 5

Most of the hosting/bandwidth providers also consider the total bandwidth as the addition of two values.

1f a stream is 1Mbps, 10 live streams would consume 10Mbps, here you 10Mbps server will be left with no space to connect any more user. In short, processor is just one of the factor besides RAM and Bandwidth.
