Decompile the apk (plenty of videos on YouTube) .

download ApiIPTV.php
place it on your host (doesnt matter where as long as its in the public_html folder)


open smali\com\nathnetwork\xciptv\LoginActivity.smali

line 642 & 644
Change line 642 to your DNS;PORT
on line 644 change setHint to setText
