All of the stream links restarting often like every 2-3min from 100 channel 80 channel same issue, the source link is good,, but can't find the issue to fix

have you tried this ?
disable on demand scanner
increase Analysis Duration & Probe Size
change LLOD to V2
these are my setting i feel better with this settings . (do a test and apply)
