Question XUI.ONE upload m3u error

has any one had a problem with uploading m3u to server ?

look at the picture bottom left hand corner i have been doing this for years my self never had this error ?
i have asked if any one has got blank m3u to try and see if work ?

because you have same stream (stream source) allready on your panel.
