What @Delta19 is trying to say is if you are a Donator of the Xtream UI Panel then you can access a different version of the panel compared to what is generally released to the general public.

By saying you have issues and Ubuntu 18.04 you are not giving us much information so you could be saying anything. please provide as much information as possible so that we can help you to fix the issue.

apt-get install libxslt1-dev libcurl3 libgeoip-dev python -y

wget https://xtream-ui.com/install/install.py

python install.py
