Question Xtream ui CK41 Mag device not open channels

Hello Guys

I have a problem with xtream ui ck41, my clients can connect to the portal, but can not open channels..

its ONLY MAG DEVICE, and also only half of clients, other half can connect and works..


Thanks for any fast Tips.
