Xtream UI cannot login

Hi guys after installing the xtream ui cannot login and I get this error
: {"error":"MySQL: Connection refused"} when I run /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/start_services.sh
Have tried 2 fresh installs
any idea please anyone ?

here how to install :

sudo apt-get update && apt-get upgrade -y
sudo apt-get install mysql-server
sudo apt-get install python
sudo apt install apache2
sudo apt-get install libxslt1-dev
sudo apt-get install libgeoip-dev
apt-get update && apt-get upgrade -y
sudo reboot
apt install python -y
apt-get update
apt-get install libxslt1-dev libcurl3 libgeoip-dev python -y
wget https://xtream-ui.com/install/install.py
sudo python install.py

First install Main
and
after install Admin

Installed it once again and I always get this error":"MySQL: Connection refused"
on ubuntu 18
and I cannot login ever

Firstly start fresh install by installing Ubuntu : apt-get update ; apt-get install libxslt1-dev libcurl3 libgeoip-dev python -y ; wget https://xtream-ui.com/install/install.py ; sudo python install.py If you want a whole NEW installation, choose MAIN
Then go from there! Hope that helps...

I have tested it on digital ocean droplet ubuntu 18
