XTREAM UI 19 official stops working after a few hours (problem) how to fix?

Official XTREAM UI 19 stops working after a few hours later the only way to get the channels to reopen and run the update command ... does anyone know how to fix this problem so it never stops?

the problem is why file geolite2 go in zero size. need to fix this
