I thought the XC Panel was promising. I saw their ads here at the worldofiptv and I try contacting the xcPanel developer several times last month February through their website and email. The XC Panel was selling for $500 one time payment which is OK with me and I was ready to made the purchase. Although the developer reside in the country TURKEY or so the problem is that they don't even respond to sales questions or whatever.

I am afraid if they will be able to provide support for the product when purchased. Support is vital for a product like that. They don't respond to inquiring and now their website is down. That is not a good way of doing business, sorry!

hello All

so I just purchased a license today and I will be updating you with a neutral feedback from my eperience taking into consideration their support as well as friendliness and technical expertise.

Update : 12/06/2020

Pre-purchase: (Rating 8/10)

• Prior to purchase I asked for a discount - request was rejected nicely saying that they have a fixed price (took them 30 minutes to respond)
• Made the purchase and product was activated instantly and files ready to be installed (instantly)
• Asked if i could use my own SMS API (As i have my own custom one) - rejected with a response syaing that they only use https://gatewayapi.com/ (responded right after my purchase)

Post-purchase: (1/10 - horrible)

• License purchased, tried to install the files on my server but it doesnt work (tried on two sepearte domains and servers jsut in case and the problem persists) (double checked the requirements and i check every single one of them - this is definetly a code problem). Code is protected so even if you try to fix it yourself you won't be able to.
• Ticket opened 3O minutes ago - pending repsonse

Update : 13/06/2020

• Got a response overnight that saying that I am missing plugins and addons on my web server - not true given that my server is runing all fo the required things as per their app
• They don't work weekends i think since it has been over 16 hours and still no response to ticket

• Their website went down all day ...

• send them another reminder regarding my ticket and still pending with no response

• Sent another reminder still no response
• No response for 3 days now and counting still not giving up !
• Later at night got a response saying :
  • We cannot know what is missing in your server or cPanel. If you want, we can install one of our hosting packages and run the panel, so you can see that the panel works. We don't even have the chance to have any shortcomings in your hosting.
• Instanlty responded and gave them login and password to one of my cpanels to test in it and get back to me .... still no response

update 17/06/2020

• Still no response from them, sent in a reminder .. pending response

update 22/06/2020

• Days passed and no helpful response received, had to to reach out to some other people to to try and have a solution
• Got it to work by using PHP 7.4 (not mentioned on their website) with Ioncube (requires manual installation server side ! ) - this is so bad as no hosting ofer this version wiht ioncube as ioncube themselves are still using beta version.
• Opened the panel - install process pretty simple

Post installation :
Very horrible ! seriously ...

1. you can only use one SMS Gateway
2. if you are runing https their panel only uses http so all the problems that come with it including having stream videos not working in my case and no way to change this as their code is protected
3. not able to change the port if you are using custom ports - they only show port 8080 for clients
4. no demo request unless sms is used ...
5. no way to customise the footer credit notes and remove their name..

and many more comments but this is enough to judge it.


VERDICT ! AVOID AT ALL COST !! 25$ down the drain to provide you with a real feedback

1. Support is close to inexistent ... average response wait time is 3 days
2. Panel has many features missing and not adapted to all servers
3. Customizations are missing
4. Website goes down / unreachable frequently (based on the past 10 days it went down 3 times)
