Help required as I cannot access my XC-UI Panel as I get the following error, I understand it is an IP block and a simple IP change does the trick but still a pain ...

what resetting the password or another version of Xtreamui has to do with that? solution is from @shitping, TRUNCATE login_flood, and all good
