There is no option to have channels set to on demand
All channels are set to live, which is no good to me mate

True custom panels are created specifically for the client by the developer. With that being said, you might consider outsourcing to a developer. There are many sites for this.

I will do some research and see if i can find one, thank you,
needing a panel like XC, must have resellers, ondemand, and mass import.

That would be something that you would want to discuss with the developer. I could list many sites where you would go to outsource programmers. If you do happen to find a freelancer, I would highly recommend sticking a thumbtack in their details, and if they do a good job, maybe even toss them a fiverr.
