So has anyone actually tried this and validated its working? From what I am seeing - its not. It will allow you to install but then you will see the following:

"Unable to retrieve current server name. Please check PHP/vhost configuration and ensure SERVER_NAME is displaying appropriately via PHP Info. "

Is there something else we need to do in order for this to be completed and work?
