You need to edit the file and enter your server name.

I have try it but is error with connecting billing stalker module ( invalid hostname or ip )I have try to figured out this error still not working is 1 week a go I try to write a php code for a module from whmcssmarters.
that is my experience on the new WHMCS 7.8.3 maybe some one have resolve this problem or any idea ?

i changed the localhost to 127.0.0.1 and i created new database and i created new user and give the new user all the privilege , it installed it but after the installation finished , it says

Where do you see stalker module in the archive? There is none.
