Which panel with encode?

Hi all,
I would like to make a little VOD server, and main thing so far is encoding like xtream code v2 had. It could encode video file and download it to server for later use.
Which panel has that option to, or better, which media server?

If you want to transcode you can do it with midnightstreamer panel or xaccel-codec. I have transcoded all my vods with a quadro p2000 in few days.
