which is best stable version of XC UI

HI All,
I have tried 22F and always getting some kind of an issue, does anyone know which is the best stable version or is there anything better out there?
i also saw someone talking about Xtream Brutus v2.
Please let me know your thoughts.

Stability is not possible when you have inexperienced padmins (panel admins). Any could be if configured properly and not just base install.
