Question Where do rebranders get the latest apps?

As per the title, a select few rebranders seem to get all of the latest versions of apps/panels weeks or months before they appear in the forums (if they appear at all). I would think not all of them are cracking the apps themselves so where/who do they get them from?

I can find the apps but those panels im sure are sold and passed around to buddy's.

Apps are easy to find (playstore, google, reddit and youtube). Panels, I make most of what you see but I see some new ones every now and then.
