Question Whats the core components for developing a DVB-T2 CAS system

I company uses DMP900 and some thirdparty CAS , they asked me for developing its own CAS , while I am programmer but i dont have experinse
in this filed , any one have any good knowledge/info so it can guide me .
Note: they use wellav devices such us DMP900 .

There is a free cas system that works on conax system and some irdeto, you can look around

developing it from scratch is not an easy task, not only you need to make sure you develop simulcrypt protocol and can communicate correctly with the muxes (DMP9000), you also need to have a CMS with a nice and easy gui that then can also communicate with the cas server so that you can add entitlement and packages to the boxes.
all that aside you also need to make your own boxes that can decrypt your channels securely, with a team of 5-6 highly skilled programmers it takes at least 1 yes to develop such box from scratch (I know cause I am part of such company)
if you are looking for cheap system just buy a cas server from chinese companies even wellav used to sell it and they you can use their cas with their own boxes.
later on you can just create dumps of their dongle to have it on multiple servers (again I know...) but my own experience we had so much issue with chinese CAS that we finally gave in and went for a cheap European cas solution to have proper stable service and good support.
every one is going to ott and streaming and moving away from CAS, I think you would also benefit from this instead of going in that rabbit hole.
