Question What is Qaa Audio on satelite chanals?

I wonder if someone can explain to me what
"Qaa" under the audio info of satelite channals info mean.
Does that mean you can take the orginal audio from the broadcasting program at each time. Like french movie on sky germany. Could you choice "Qaa" and it bring you the french audio ?

Let say
German channal has this audio:
"Ger"
"Qaa"
And is showing english movie.
Does that then mean that I can choice "Qaa" in audio and watch the movie with english language audio ?

No if movie is French will be on French
if is Japanesewill be Japanese.
