bud the intel gpu qvs supprt must be installed ofcourse with right kernel etc instalation for kernel and qvs its not inkluded you have to found self mybe if i have time i can post how to install right kernel and enabel qvs on ubuntu ..

bud anyway its works cpu transcoder with vlc support and ffmpeg very nice handling /./

i was using for same time.. it was ok...

The panel is from 2016 you right, But our team "Xstreamers" have made the QSV support for that panel a while ago and it was comercial product back then.
I'll be happy if you at least put the credits for the QSV support by Xstreamers.
