Check symbols in the video link. yui and ui don't support
accents or quotation marks or other special symbols that plex supports

did you transcode the movie/VOD? XUI.one can connect to the library of Plex but the transcoding is by XUI.One so make sure your Server have enough CPU and RAM Power and also enough free space to transcode the files.

XUI.One suggest the VOD/Movie will transcoded by Plex but this didn't work. Without transcoding no VOD

So maybe I misunderstand your answer because my English is not perfect.

but transcoding is not strictly necessary.

we have been using Plex Sync for 6 months without transcoding with around 130,000 links...(counting each episode of a season)
and we haven't transcoded one.

if there are problems, it was always due to the lack of compatibility of the client hardware.

eg lack of codec support for DTS and more.

especially with SmartTV with TizenOS after 2018 and LG WebOS after 2020

Im still struggling to get content to load in. Only the Matadata shows, but no video file.

I have xui.one server with plex, our vod I'm having a problem it starts is transmitted normally but at some point it stops, or goes back to the beginning. any tips on how to solve
