Request VOD Ideas & Help.

Morning guys,

So I've been looking for a good reliable VOD supplier, one I used got shut down. I am finding it hard to find something decent. My other option would be to either Rent a big package of someone and host on my own server or Plex?

Can someone give me some advice on the best way about this? Or if its not a good idea.
