Video freezes XC v.1.0.6

The problem is that when I add a stream to XC, it starts to hang!
In XC itself, I set a delay of 40 seconds.
But it still slows down!
The video stream itself that I insert into the XC works perfectly.
The Internet takes Shows XC no more than 300 Mb/s, my allow speed 1 gb/s!
Can someone tell me how to make the video stream through XC work stably and not disappear???

is not matter of internet speed, is matter of cpu/memory ussage,
if you are using a vps, at least use 4gb and 2vcpu
try to disable transcoding/encoding also with ONDEMAND or DIRECT if your source allow it

But my server is practically not loaded.
And I don't use transcoding
