Viber problem

I use NORDvpn and I haven't been able to connect to viber on my PC for 4 days now, and when I turn it off it connects normally, does anyone know where the problem is? Other chat networks work properly.

no internet connection..

uninstall and install again (reboot after)

also chk firewall permissions..
