Question USB TUNER OR PCI CARD

Hello everyone, can I use usb eg (ASTROMETA DVB-T2) for streaming iptv or must it be a PCI card similar to tbs. Note I don't want to sell streams I only want for my own use and for my servers. Or to recommend me some usb tuner. Thank you?

You can use usb but pci has better performance.
