Unblock Server in Spain

MY server blocked in Spain
How can i unblock it? my mean is changing IP or better way , do you have any suggest?Except VPN
if i change my Main Server IP , everything will be OK?

my channel doesn't load in MAG boxes , but list opened
if my customers use VPN everything is ok
could you tell me about "Failover IP "

Yeah, you go in your Provioder and Order a Failover IP for the Load and then add them
Then you must activate it over Putty

My main server is from WorldStream
i have to tell the world stream that i need Failover IP ?
is it Proxy ? and it do what?

Failover IP should only be about €2 one time payment.

oh . i google it , it means delete the previous IP that blocked and add new IP address for my main server

The first you can only change by changing complete server...

It's just a secondary IP that pretends it is the real one. It can be located anywhere you choose. I use them on my ovh servers

but now i think i have to change all of ip of my load balancer

For blocks with UK users during UEFA or EPL matches I just switch failover IPs, a lot less hassle
