We are seeking a reliable provider for the restreaming of television channels from the UK. Our requirements are specific, and we are looking for a long-term partner who can guarantee the following:

• Content Quality & Format:
  
  • Video: Native 1080p (FHD) resolution, encoded in H.264.
  • Audio: Original audio track must be preserved. While a stereo AAC stream is standard, the availability of a 5.1 surround sound track is a significant advantage (if exists).
  • Delivery: The source stream must be provided in a raw Transport Stream (TS) or a reliable HLS format.
• Source & Infrastructure:
  
  • Primary Source: Direct satellite feeds from UK platforms (e.g., Freesat, Sky UK via Astra 28.2°E) are strongly preferred.
  • Dedicated Infrastructure: The service must be provided from a dedicated infrastructure segment, separate from your consumer-grade streaming platforms. We require guaranteed resources and a network path that is not shared with or impacted by traffic from end-user customers.
  • Alternative Sourcing: Other sourcing methods will be considered only if they can demonstrably match the quality, stability, and infrastructure segregation of a direct satellite feed.
• Technical Support & Monitoring:
  
  • Support Channel: A 24/7 live chat with technical support is mandatory.
  • Expertise: We require a competent team capable of diagnosing and resolving root causes of issues. Generic, non-actionable responses (e.g., "everything is working on our end") without detailed investigation will be considered unacceptable.
  • Proactive Monitoring: The provider must operate its own comprehensive stream monitoring system to proactively detect and address problems before they impact our service.
  • Uptime: We require a guaranteed 99% or higher service availability, backed by the above.
• Channel Scope:
  
  • We are interested in a curated list of high-quality channels. Proposals featuring excessively large, uncurated bundles will not be considered.
