Hello, when I restart the speed of the server is 1gbit and then it drops to 10mbit. Why does it? It gets better when I reboot.

Not enough info here to help, below is just speculation.

  • Your host limits your connection
  • Buggy Ethernet controller driver
  • Application hogging bandwidth
 
Maybe you need to clean your root/usr/temp files.
