Question Turkish alphabets

my panel doesn't recognize some turkish alphabets instead of the one it doesn't recognize??? It puts this sign, what do I need to do for it to recognize it?

This has to do with the charset settings on your DB, it shloud be as UTF-8.

1. Which Panel and which version ?
2. Where exactly the turkish characters doesn't work (channel name, category, bouquette). Basically for username and password you shouldn't use turkish characters.


I can confirm that on xuione the turkish characters works wthout any issues.
