Request Transcoding

Looking to reduce bit rate, not something I've done, panel xcui, incoming bit rate average 9mb ish, looking to get it down to a comfortable stream for average Joe broadband connections 4 - 5mb, advice great fully appreciated, server specs upto task xeon golds lots of ram, thanks

No need of lots of RAM

Do you want this on some 'one-off' streams?
Or would it be for multiple streams?
Know that in the end it will have a cost and it will be big if there are many streams ...
As already stated, processing / CPU is required, or if you can use it, a GPU video card that has a high cost ...

use H265 by Nividia P4000 with Ezserver to 1.5Mbps.
that is better than H264 4Mbps.

Dont need this channels H265 bro and never use P4000 that one can link for it and how many channels do please
