Timeshift on LB xc ui not showing on APP

Hi ALL,
Timeshift was working well last week however after reinstall XC and restoring the backup it stopped working.
I can see the streams being saved under /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/tv_archive, and made sure that they are being save on the streaming server and EPG working as well, but can't play it on APP.
I did see someone had suggested to check permission, but don't know how.
Any ideas?

It wasn't the APP, because what i end up doing is running this command on main server and now it works.so i guess something to do with Geolite
