Question the m3u (xtream ui) url is empty

Hi everyone
I am a newer for xtream ui, installed xtream ui R22F on my ubuntu 20.04 server
and added streams (running well ), created a bouquet with the streams
then added user (test01) , and placed the bouquet to the user (test01) ,
after all that, i download the user's playlist (m3u url link)
and open the m3u link on browser and download the m3u file sucessfully,
but open it on notepad, it is empty

I did lots of searchs about it on google, not found solution , any one can help me?

did you drag the stream to the server?

yes, dragged the main server,, and on the "Manage Streams " page , can see the SOURCE with "Main server"
and on the column "UPTIME" shows running time

Update:
and I noticed that only M3U-hls & M3U-mpegts option to choose when download the playlist of users,
my services provider m3u url tail end is: type=m3u&output=ts
why my playlist m3u url is only: hls & mpegts option

R22F normal do not work on ubuntu 20.04, try to install R22F on ubuntu 18.04

thanks, this is solved , I reinstalled the Xtream UI on Ubuntu 18.04
