The best Choice IPTV Panel and so on

Hi to all.
In the last few weeks i´m so often here and read so many new things but i see there is nothing like before xtream shuting down. So im looking for a solution which is save because i want to make a very cheap playlist for FreeTV Channels. I dont want to sell the cryptet channel streams. I want to collect it with auto billing system. Which one could be the best choose? Or do you think i ve to wait.

Trying to understand what you are asking:
1. You want to make a playlist using FreeTV Channels (Is that a TV provider name or are you saying that you want to make a playlist of free streams that cost no money?)
2. You do not want to sell the cryptet channel streams (What are these?)
3. You want to collect payment with auto billing system (WHCMS or BILLmanager is what most use to my knowledge, there is not good free software for auto-billling)

I´m sorry for my english. I mean no Paytv channels. FTA Channels only. I hear about whcms but is that compatible with xtreamui
