th100box with ministra

hello i just got th100 box and it looks like mag device.I tired with xtream ui but is says your stb is not supported.
And i Install Ministra panel (stalker) i configure the mac addres and he says stb is blocked call provider.but i have registred their mac address.
Can Someone tell me How to fix it ?

Did you already add your device Typ in to xtream_iptvpro Database ?

You have to add your device Typ to allowed_stb_types column.

Second the column: stalker_lock_images needs to have the value as null otherwise the mag will return blocked.

Don’t forget to restart the services.

No i dont have do nothing in database btw how can i change these column in phpmyadmin ?
